Hello! My name is Melissa Oliveira and I'd like to welcome you to my makeup portfolio. I am a self taught aspiring makeup artist, and am now using the realm of online portfolios to expand my opportunities. I have had experience at a Lancome counter in the past, and during my time there I was able to improve and learn new things. Presently, I am offering makeup for graduations or any other special occasion for a very reasonal price.
